Get to know our Chief Consulting Officer: Oswald Bwemba
Oswald is a hospitality operations and business process expert. He has worked for the hospitality industry for thirty one years, up to the position of Chief/Director of Operations & Quality Assurance. Prior to that he worked as Group Operations Manager, Regional General Manager and General Manager for various hotels and resorts. He has been to fourteen hotels on foreign attachment in Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Gabon and the USA. Oswald is a Cornell University and Hotel Society Aluminus, and is also a Le Meridien-certified Master-Train-the-Trainer.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is also a Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP).
